The Senior Concept Artist – is asked to complete tasks given by the Project Managers or the Art Director. During a project, he/she must be able to work with no external help, rarely asking for feedback from the Art Director. He is expected to know well his abilities and react quickly to changes.
Responsibilities:
-Work closely with our art director and the rest of the team to create the best concept art and illustration possible according to clients’ brief
-Work on high importance projects with various schedules, so you need to adapt to any style quickly. Either realistic or stylized, you must be able to create environments, characters, creatures and props
-Communicate with teammates, help one another in your everyday work to give the best of yourself. You should have a critical mind, making you receive or give feedback well
-Can be required to give some advice and guide Junior Concept Artists - Illustrators with their work
Skills & Experiences Required:
-At least 5 years’ experience as a professional concept artist
-Experience in digital painting using Photoshop
-Portfolio proving your level as senior concept artist showing a diversity of projects
-Solid traditional art skills, anatomical knowledge, excellent aesthetic ability, eye for |detail and excellent composition, lighting and color skills
-Ability to stick to a given workflow and adjust to clients’ feedback;
-Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Skills Considered as Bonus:
-Ability to use 3D software
-Previous experience in the game industry
-Interest in games, pop culture

Goodname is looking for an artistic individual to join our Concept Artists team!
As a hard surface artist, one is required to have a creative ability, to come up with interesting designs for various assets - ranging from props, set dressing elements, weapons, vehicles, etc. as well as being able to translate those designs in 3D environment.
Responsibilities:
-Work closely with Art Director on creating asset design per briefing material, ensure asset meets set style requirements. Though also be able to progress through the assignments independently.
-Be able to adjust to different workflows, prioritize goals & task effectively.
-Being able to align with variety of styles ranging from realistic to stylized.
-Refine and iterate concepts based on feedback.
Skills & Experiences Required:
-A portfolio demonstrating relevant skillset - creating hard surface assets, as well as strong artistic understanding of form & function.
-Expert proficiency in industry standard 3D modeling software, which would help to interpret and elevate loose concepts into full fledged detailed 3d models. (3ds Max, Fusion 360, Blender, etc.)
-Great attention to detail & high benchmark of accuracy while creating believable assets.
-Previous experience working as a Hard Surface / 3D Concept Artist.
-Perfect verbal communication in English skills.
Skills Considered as Bonus:
-Great traditional drawing / digital painting skills. (Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop)
-Knowledge in industry standard texturing dedicated softwares.
-Previous experiences working at Outsourcing studio.
-Knowledge of current trends in 3D modeling and industry standard pipelines.
