Little Women featuring Mickey and Donald

Goodname created the cover and interior illustrations for Disney Publishing retelling of Little Women – Louisa May Alcott story of the March sisters, reimagined with Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck as the central characters.

The illustration work spans the full book: cover art, single-page illustrations, and double-page spreads. Placing Disney characters within the warm, domestic world of Alcott original – Victorian New England, family life, the seasons of the March household – required keeping each piece faithful to both the Disney visual language and the emotional tone of the source material.
